Slate Blue Capital offers institutional investors access to a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate, essential infrastructure, and hard-asset-backed private credit through a series of commingled fund vehicles spanning Fund I through Fund LX. Each fund is structured with institutional best-practice terms including European waterfall distribution, meaningful GP commitment, 2.0% management fee across the investment period and 1.5% across the harvest period, 100% fee offsets on transaction and monitoring fees, and robust clawback provisions.

Direct co-investment vehicles are available alongside the fund on select transactions, offered at zero management fee and zero carried interest to qualifying limited partners meeting the co-investment commitment threshold for the applicable fund vintage.
