- Essential infrastructure assets - contracted or regulated revenue assets providing inflation-linked income streams across essential services, utilities, digital infrastructure, and transport
- Hard-asset-backed credit opportunities - bridge lending, construction finance, asset-backed lines, and infrastructure debt with strong collateral coverage and experienced sponsor relationships
- High-growth U.S. markets with structural tailwinds - assets headquartered or operating in markets with strong employment growth, population inflows, and favorable business climates, with particular focus on Dallas, Miami, Phoenix, Atlanta, Washington, DC
- Identifiable operational improvement potential - real estate assets with NOI growth opportunities, infrastructure assets with revenue enhancement potential, and credit opportunities with collateral coverage exceeding loan balances
- Experienced, aligned operators and sponsors - counterparties with proven track records and a commitment to disciplined asset management and capital stewardship
